ANALYSIS

The Carmichael Show - The season 2 premiere of The Carmichael Show notched a 1.0 rating on Wednesday, following the 2.0 rating of a clipshow of The Voice. This rating isn't too spectacular, but it's still not TERRIBLE for an NBC comedy. If TCS can remain steady, it could still squeeze out a renewal. I'll wait to see its Sunday-night ratings before I make a real judgement, though.

Grimm - Grimm garnered a 0.9 rating for its 100th episode this Friday (adjustments pending), down from the 1.0 rating for the previous episode. Last week, I did a special edition of the NBC Renew/Cancel Watch explaining why I think Grimm will get renewed (over The Mysteries of Laura just to make it more interesting). At the end, I asked the readers to vote in a poll on whether they thought Grimm or Laura would get renewed and it has been virtually dead-even up until this point. If you haven't seen it already, click here to view my reasons of why I think Grimm will be renewed and vote in the poll at the end of the page.

You, Me and the Apocalypse - Earlier this week, You, Me and the Apocalypse was officially canceled by its UK-broadcaster, Sky. This leaves absolutely no reason for NBC to want to continue the series, so it is now labeled as "canceled" as opposed to "certain to be canceled."
